Silo and Processing Coordinator

We are looking for

a Silo and Processing Organizer who will lead the operations of storing and processing organic products. This position involves coordinating people, processes, and quality control in line with organic production standards.

Your role 

• Organizing activities at the silo (drying, cleaning, conditioning, treating, equipment maintenance) 
• Quality control during reception, storage, and delivery of organic products
• Coordinating the daily activities of the team
• Cooperation with the production, sales, and quality control teams
• Monitoring and applying organic production and food safety standards
• Proposing and implementing process improvements
• Participating in the construction and equipment setup of a new silo and warehouse
• Work in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision

Your experiences and skills

• Experience in silo operations and storage of organic agricultural products
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve operational challenges
• A high level of systematic approach, accuracy, and ownership in work
• Advanced computer skills – managing digital records and using software tools for process monitoring and optimization
• Valid Category B driver’s license
