Niamito Social Media Specialist

We are looking for

a skilled Social Media Specialist to showcase the attributes of the Niamito Brand. On Niamito’s social media profiles, you’ll highlight how our products are made and the ingredients behind them, demonstrate what sets us apart from other food products, and educate our audience on making better, more informed nutrition choices. This role also requires expertise in creating engaging photo and video content.

Your role

• Creating and managing monthly content plans for all Niamito social media channels – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, while also managing Niamito’s TikTok with an external agency
• Coordinating filming and editing engaging videos with the whole team that focus on the product, ingredients, and the food industry, including capturing off-script moments for additional content
• Integrating AI tools to support faster, more efficient content creation
• Coordinating post designs with the internal marketing team
• Collaborating with the photographer to create lifestyle photography that aligns with the brand’s image and engages the audience
• Building and maintaining a community around Niamito by encouraging engagement and creating a space where people genuinely connect with our brand and mission
• Staying up to date with social media trends and food industry topics to produce relevant, shareable videos
• Tracking content performance, analysing key metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimise and improve content outcomes
• Work in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision

Your experiences and skills

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on content creation and community management
• Proven track record in creating and executing successful social media strategies for brands on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Expertise in scripting, filming, editing video content and AI integration
• Ability to analyse social media performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Leveraging AI tools for workflow optimisation, creative brainstorming and daily productivity
• A B-category driving license
