We are looking for

a dedicated mechanic who wants to create positive change in the world with us. The use of new technologies and modern machinery is one of the keys to the future of agricultural production, and your knowledge and skills can contribute to optimizing and improving organic and sustainable farming processes.

Your role

Organize work, perform regular services, and maintenance of the farm machinery
Knowledge of precision agriculture (Trimble, John Deere navigation)
Responsible for updating data regarding the farm machinery
Responsible for adequate and quality calibration of the farm machinery in the field
Plan and procure farm machinery, spare parts, oils, and lubricants
Implement safety measures when using the farm machinery
Improve the use of farm machinery and research innovative technologies in organic farming
Work in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision

Your experiences and skills

Work experience as a mechanic for at least 3 years
Understanding the application of navigation devices in precision farming
Experience in team leadership and coordination
Driver’s license categories B, BE, and F
Minimum 7th level of professional qualification
Good organizational skills with high degree of personal ownership
