We are looking for

an experienced and proactive Food Production Specialist who knows what it takes to bring innovative food products to the market. Working closely with external manufacturing partners you will own the essential step between product R&D and scale-up. With your hands-on approach, you will play a key role in turning food concepts into high-quality, market-ready products.

Your role

• Coordinate and oversee the entire food production process for our product portfolio
• Manage production planning, raw material sourcing, production costs and resource optimization
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards
• Research, identify, and evaluate innovative, sustainable manufacturing partners, production technologies, and opportunities across the region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners
• Coordinate the transition of new products from R&D to production scale-up in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Work in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision

Your experiences and skills

• Hands-on experience in food production processes, technologies, and manufacturing coordination
• Experience in working in food product development environments (formulation design, prototype preparation, prototyping evaluation and reporting)
• Strong interpersonal skills with leadership potential
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of German is a plus
