Combine Harvesters in Organic Farming: How We Harvest Efficiently at Scale
February 20, 2026A practical look at combine harvesters in organic farming—how we use Claas Lexion, John Deere, and Zürn machines across 3.250 hectares.

As we experienced flooding in our fields, our Agro research and development team searched for an efficient solution. When they found and tested one, it was ready to be implemented on a large-scale, in our field production. We started out on 130 hectares of our organically certified farm.
The process starts by surveying and recording the field’s terrain with our drone. Using longitudinal and transverse slopes, we redirect the excess water and channel it out of the field.

Advanced GPS technology guides a specialized machine to even out the field’s surface, resulting in uniform drying and making more precise cultivation timing decisions.

Our approach to managing water retention has delivered valuable results. Better cultivation quality, evenly spaced crops, and significantly higher yields demonstrate the effectiveness of this innovative approach.

To sum up, our unique farming method provides a sustainable solution to water buildup issues. It not only boosts yields, but also minimizes our impact on the natural fertile layer and the microorganisms in it.
