Social Media and Content Specialist

We are looking for

an experienced Social Media and Content Specialist to create engaging content, manage social media channels, and build active online communities. You will produce content across formats, write clear and compelling copy that drives action, and adapt content for different platforms and audiences. As a key part of our marketing team, you will shape our brand voice, strengthen our presence across all channels, and communicate the value of the sustainable solutions we are developing.

Your role 

• Manage and implement our social media strategy based on results to guide future communication and promote our vision
• Create and adapt engaging content across all channels, including social media (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), articles, website pages, newsletters, scripts, and brochures, ensuring formats meet audience needs
• Write strong calls to action that support community growth, engagement, and conversions
• Monitor performance, report on results, and conduct competitor analysis
• Actively leverage AI tools and new technologies, test new platform features, tools, channels, and content approaches, and stay up to date with market trends
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all produced content
• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts and other team members to deliver clear, accurate, and visually engaging content
• Work in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision

Your experiences and skills 

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role
• Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in social media management and CMS tools, with a focus on leveraging AI to optimize workflows, content, and daily productivity
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data into insights
• Strong research skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Experience in community management and cross-team collaboration
• Strong interest in environmental issues, the food system, or agronomy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with professional working proficiency in Slovene and/or Serbian
• A B-category driving license is required
