Senior Strategy Associate

We are looking for

a driven team member with experience in setting corporate strategies and developing business models. As a Senior Strategy Associate, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Login5 Foundation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive business growth, enhance competitive positioning, and ensure the long-term success of the organization.

Your role

• Work in the Strategy Department to develop and refine the company’s overall strategic plan. Contribute to the identification of key objectives, initiatives, and performance metrics.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for growth. Provide insights that inform strategic decision-making.
• Take ownership of specific strategic projects, from conception to implementation. Coordinate with team members to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Drive process of setting business models for products.
• Work in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision

Your experiences and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience working in corporate strategy or in strategy consulting teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment
• Excellent proficiency in English, Serbian language is a plus
• Knowledge of sustainability landscape is a plus
• Experience in food-related industries is a plus
