Senior Business Developer

We are looking for 

a new team member for the position of Head of Business Development in the End Consumer department. As the launch of our first consumer product went well on the test market, we are now ready for international expansion. The person in this new role will be responsible for business development and sales of all modules within the LoginEKO portfolio directly or indirectly related to end consumers: plant-based consumer products, semi-finished goods and licensing models for the food industry and traceability platform solutions.

Your role

• Keeping up with the latest industry trends, including market positioning of corporate competitors
• Identifying opportunities in target markets in the EU for LoginEKO products and solutions
• Developing the distribution, license and sales models for end consumer products and B2B semi-finished goods
• Generating leads through online meetings with prospective clients in Europe
• Networking and promoting products at fairs and trade shows
• Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts in the European food industry environment
• Preparing strategy, plans and realization of quarterly plans for business development and sales
• Coordinating a team of up to 7 people from different fields 
• Collaborating with different internal departments (legal, strategy, sales, R&D and marketing)
• Work in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision

Your experiences and skills

• Mastering business development tools and process principles to maximize international sales
• Good overview of the European plant-based food production landscape
• Hands-on experience in a dynamic start-up environment, with a deep understanding of sales, advertising and marketing processes 
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills 
• Strong analytical skills, understanding numbers and transforming them into clear action points  
• A person passionate about our purpose and willing to go the extra mile
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive and innovative work environment
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-changing startup environment where priorities can shift quickly
