Food Production Specialist

We are looking for 

an experienced food production specialist who knows what it takes to bring food products to the end consumers. You will own the essential step between product R&D and scale-up. With your organizational and entrepreneurial mindset, you can rise to the challenge and create a lasting impact.

Your role

• Organizing and overseeing the entire food production process for our plant-based products portfolio
• Develop and implement production schedules and optimize resource utilization
• Implement, monitor and maintain compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards
• Setup and coordinate quality control processes for our plant-based products portfolio
• Maintaining existing and establishing new business relationships with external partners (logistics, warehouse, production, distribution etc.)
• Taking over logistic management on EU and non-EU markets
• Leading your own team of experts for different sub-projects: quality assurance, food safety, logistics, distribution etc.
• Work in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision

Your experiences and skills 

• Hands-on experience in implementing, optimizing and maintaining production flows in food (or similar) productions
• Experienced in working in food development (or similar) production flow environments
• Understanding of the technical aspects of food production and modular approach
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a start-up mentality
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with leadership potential and strong drive
• Ability to work in an ultra-fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills and planning abilities 
• “Every problem is  just a challenge” attitude
