We are looking for

a Procurement and Logistics Associate who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, where standards are high and overcoming logistical challenges are part of the regular workflow. In this operational role, you will contribute to procurement and logistics for our organic production from preparing documentation for domestic and international markets, communicating with suppliers, and coordinating transport and related financial processes.

Your role 

  • Organize local and international transport, plan and track deliveries, work with transport companies, monitor costs, negotiate terms, and ensure safety standards for our organic products
  • Handle import/export documentation, ensure compliance, and communicate with freight forwarders and customs
  • Maintain accurate records and archive documentation
  • Manage invoicing, payments, receivables, prepare reports, and communicate with insurance companies
  • Manage and expand our supplier base while procuring agricultural production materials, equipment, spare parts, packaging, and maintenance supplies
  • Improve and implement procurement and logistics procedures, with a focus on timeline, transparency, and efficiency
  • Work closely with finance, production, and other teams
  • Handle commercial issues and complaints, monitor results, address potential problems, and suggest solutions
  • Work in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision

Your experiences and skills 

  • Higher education in economics, agriculture, or food technology
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics and/or procurement (experience in agriculture or food industry is a plus)
  • Knowledge of organic agricultural input suppliers is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in using digital tools and leveraging AI to support processes and improve efficiency
  • Category B driver’s license
  • Strong team player, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate daily with different departments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high level of accuracy, responsibility and proactivity
