Agronomist

We are looking for

an agronomist who combines professional expertise with digital precision, ready to replace conventional methods with innovative organic production solutions. Our ideal candidate is not afraid to test new ideas in practice and wants to improve existing agricultural processes.

Your role 

• Production planning, including crop rotation, fertilization, the execution of operations and harvest
• Organizing the execution of field operations
• Coordinating the tractor operator team
• Working with modern technologies for digital record-keeping
• Actively participating in internal research and field trials to optimize organic yields
• Continuously improving agrotechnical measures (soil cultivation, sowing, crop care) with a focus on resource preservation and ecosystem health
• Monitoring and implementing legal regulations within the scope of work
• Working in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision

Your experiences and skills

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in agronomist roles
• University degree in Agriculture (Organic Agriculture or Field and Vegetable Crops specialization)
• Experience in mentoring and leading team members
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate and cooperate with different departments on a daily basis
• Category B driver’s license
• Advanced computer skills
• Minimum intermediate level of English proficiency (B1)
