Head of Controlling

We are looking for 

a passionate senior finance Controller, with strong international accounting expertise, policy implementation experience, and proficiency in reporting and team management. 

Your role 

• Coordinating and preparing financial forecasts and reports, including monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal users (directors, management)
• Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Ensuring accounting compliance for parent and subsidiary companies (regulatory reporting, etc.)
• Staying ahead in global business trends, promptly identifying risks and opportunities, driving innovation through tailored management accounting and reporting for internal user needs, and ensuring financial stability by taking proactive measures in case of deviations
• Fostering collaboration with internal units and external institutions, while managing knowledge transfer and promoting professional development among subsidiary accounting colleagues
• Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Work in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision

Your experiences and skills 

• Good knowledge of accounting and financial procedures in the production, processing, and sales of food
• Excellent knowledge of international accounting standards
• Education in economics/accounting
• At least 5 years of experience in similar positions in an international company
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent proficiency in English and Serbian language
• Precise and analytical with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills, proactive attitude, with high degree of personal ownership
