Accountant

We are looking for

Your role

• Entering and processing accounting documentation and preparing data for payment transactions
• Generating advance invoices
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry into software and associated documentation, while assisting other users as needed
• Preparing data and documentation for employee salary calculations and expense reimbursements
• Responsibility for accurate data in codebooks and other databases
• Monitoring the financial aspects of contracts for purchasing and selling machinery, products, raw materials, and other goods
• Preparing business correspondence, travel orders, and completing various forms
• Communicating with business partners and other company sectors to acquire necessary documentation and data
• Monitoring and coordinating any received or issued security funds (e.g., promissory notes)
• Working in sync with the values and vision of the Login5 Foundation

Your experiences and skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Intermediate proficiency in English (B1 level)
• Valid Category B driver’s license
• Minimum 7th level of educational qualification
• Commitment to teamwork and ongoing improvement
• Flexibility, diligence, and accountability in your work
