a dynamic Office Coordinator who finds joy in taking great care of our offices, thrives in a role as a team player and pays attention to details. Your role
- Keeping our offices tidy and beautiful to foster creative work environment
- Coordinating with external services (cleaning, courier,…)
- Welcoming our guests
- Preparing conference rooms for the meetings
- Purchasing healthy plant-based food and drinks, and other office supplies
- Taking care of sustainable gifts for internal and external colleagues
- Helping in organization of team-building events
- Organizing business trips
- Handling various administrative tasks
- Work in sync with Login5 Foundation’s values and vision
Your experiences and skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills, a proactive attitude with a high degree of personal ownership
- Quick to adjust to different challenges and finding solutions
- Paying attention to the details
- Valid B-category driver’s license
