Video Editor

We are looking for 

a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to edit both long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, TikTok and other social media channels. Someone who will bring to life the stories of LoginEKO, from sustainable farming practices and fieldwork to food products and educational videos.

Your role 

• Edit long-form and short-form videos (primarily for YouTube and TikTok) 
• Coordinate and edit voiceovers, ensuring clarity, tone, and sync with visuals
• Capture and edit event footage from internal and external activities
• Create and edit graphics, infographics, motion animations, and subtitles to support and enhance the story
• Apply color correction, LUTs, and consistent branding across all videos
• Prepare content in multiple formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1), optimized for each platform
• Manage and archive video assets in a structured, easily accessible system
• Monitor video performance metrics and use insights to improve future outputs
• Stay updated on current trends and formats for YouTube and TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Work in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision

Your experiences and skills 

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
• Experience with voiceover tools (such as Artlist or ElevenLabs) and voice dubbing
• Well-developed understanding of music, rhythmic structure and visual tone
• Experience with motion graphics and visual storytelling
• Experience in filming video footage is a plus
• Fluent in English and Serbian (spoken and written)
• Excellent organization, a strong sense of creativity, an eye for detail, and an aspiration for exploring sustainable farming and food topics
