We are looking for

a curious, responsible, and bold-minded person committed to building brands around sustainability, nature-positive thinking, and the green transition philosophy. The Niamito Marketing Lead role offers a wide range of strategic, commercial and creative work within a purpose-driven startup environment. Your role 

  • Own the end-to-end commercial strategy for the Niamito brand, ensuring brand positioning, pricing logic, and go-to-market execution, directly supporting revenue growth and distribution expansion
  • Execute and coordinate marketing initiatives, campaigns and marketing concept development
  • Track markets, consumer trends, and competitors to translate insights into brand and sales initiatives
  • Ensure messaging, visuals, and value propositions support real sales conversations and distribution growth
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative team members, R&D and scale-up to keep execution effective and on time
  • Lead cross-functional project execution across departments to ensure speed, consistency and commercial focus from concept to market launch
  • Work in sync with the Login5 Foundation’s values and vision

Your experiences and skills 

  • Strong commercial mindset with strategic ownership, combining market understanding, decision-making and leadership to drive growth
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, brand or go-to-market roles 
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate lean teams and external partners, ensuring efficient delivery under time and budget constraints
  • Capability to translate commercial and sales objectives into effective go-to-market execution, including campaigns, launches and sales support material
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, marketing, sales)
  • Background in the food industry (FMCG) is a plus, with an understanding of retail, distribution and margin dynamics
  • Experience working in start-up environments is considered an advantage, particularly where ownership and speed are critical
  • Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude
